P513w Printer Firmware Upgrage

Jump to solution

WiFi-N or WiFi-B/G

I have a Dell P513w Inkjet Printer and am upgrading my printer firmware to the latest release. How do I determine if I use firmware version WiFi-N or WiFi-B/G when updating? Whether or not this is the level that I should use, my current firmaware level is "C" (WiFi-N). If I am to use WiFi-B/G how do I change firmware levels?

Thanks in advance for your feedback.

scyoung,

It has a b/g adapter. Works on the 2.4GHz network.

What is a Dell Service Tag and how do I locate it?
