I have a Dell XPS 1530 laptop, which is used for work. The laptop is used to regularly connect to the network there wirelessly via Citrix.
The issue is that when working remotely, despite having a wireless connection, we are unable to log-in through Citrix to synchronize with the work network. Yet, the wireless connection through Citrix operates fine while at work.
Unfortunately, I just learned that the computer is off Dell's warranty. Thus I am denied any direct, technical service support w/o paying additional fees. I'm obviously not thrilled about paying the fee but will pay if absolutely necessary.
I am in a bind and could use some quick advise. Can anyone at Dell please help, or anyone within the community?
