Problem with Dell Inspiron N5110 Network in Windows startup time

hi i have a problem with my dell N5110

when windows Startup my network didn't work for 3 minute and i can't connect to any network.[wireless & LAN]

when i Reinstall of Windows7 64bit i didn't have this problem but it come again
