Radio stopped working on Inspiron 5150

it was fine as recently as Sunday, but yesterday I stopped being able to connect to my router. I've been in the Wireless Utility and the "enable radio" is checked, yet the icons in the system tray still say I cannot connect to the wireless network and the radio is not on. Another computer in the house connects fine to the network. Is there anything I can do? If it sounds like something is "blown," would it be corrected by purchasing a new PCI card--that is does that contain the radio function? Before I go ahead with something like that, I want to be sure that's likely to fix it. Thanks.

Open device manager and make sure there is not ! or X next to the listing for the wireless adapter.

If your running XP download and run this program WinsockFix. Just download and save it to the desktop and run it.

Try reinstalling your wireless driver.
