Solution wanted for my constant diconnection problems.

Hello all,

I now have a Dell Vostro 1000 Notebook, with W's Vista home basic installed. But, I'm experiencing annoying disconnections with my ISP - Bell Sympatico here in Ontario, while using their unlimited dial-up modem service.

I've read the Manual, & tried to use the Dell Assistant, & W's Help, etc...  I also phoned Sympatico's Tech support # ( 310-7873), but some Indian lady who answered, was of no help.

As of yet, I don't want highspeed cable. I'm just trying to resolve this problem.

Any suggestions ?
