Thank you for Dell Support Centre 3.0 that helps to resolve my connectivity issue

For the last few weeks, I have been experiencing frequrent disconnection of my Wireless Bradband Service.

However, after using Dell Support Centre 3.0 to scan my Wireless Adapter, the situation improved significantly.

Now the line never drop and, the speed is getting faster and smother.

This is indeed an excellant online customer service for all users.

I hope that this service could be maintain and enhance in years to come, certainly it would help to maintain customer loyalty and customer satisfaction when they own a Dell PC.
