Re: Unable to connect to internet

Thank You,
Finally, when I was looking for a NIC Card, some are PCI 2.1 Bus and others PCI 2.2 Bus. I have a
Intel P4 3.40 Ghz FSB 800mhz Processor
HD 250 GB
Memory 1 Gb

Which PCI Bus can I use?
Do You recom. any NIC Cards or manufacturers?

Thank You,again SOOOO Much!

(I won't bother you again) lol!

Re: Unable to connect to internet

Either will work.  Just get a cheap one.  They all work the same and you are just troubleshooting.

Re: Unable to connect to internet

to eliminate malware from the point of failure, it will be much better to format the HDD and install a new copy of windows...

Re: Unable to connect to internet

eulitta,

What virus program and firewall are you using?

Can you run Finding System Information REMOVE YOUR PRODUCT ID and REGISTERED OWNER, if using XP, run an ipconfig /all log and post it back here.
