Unable to install WiFi Driver
I am trying to install wifi driver on my inspiron 15 3521 (OS Windows 7 64-bit). While installing the driver I get the message "activate bluetooth using wireless switch". BT is already installed in my system but it neither finds any device nor is discoverable by other devices. Pls help.

Hi aburaihan,
Welcome to the Dell Community Forum,
In order to install the Wireless and Bluetooth driver, please uninstall the current driver from Device Manager and re-install the Wireless Driver from the Dell’s support website here http://dell.to/1hcxG98
Please type the Service Tag, Click on Drivers, select the OS and install the Wireless driver and BIOS accordingly.
Restart the computer and setup the Wireless and Bluetooth to check the functionality of both and also run a complete Windows update.
Please complete the same and revert us with your findings.

Hi, I already had tried the steps you mentioned. I uninstalled the drivers then tried to install new drivers. It didn't work.
Then I restarted the system after uninstallation of existing driver. But it didn't work. Every time it gives the the same warning "Activate Bluetooth using Wireless Switch".
please help ASAP. I am stuck for it for last 3 days.

I installed it myself
=============================
For any other facing the same issue, download the zip file from the below link
http://www.atheros.cz/getfile.php
Extract it on your Hard disk.
Go to device manager and right click on network adapter and click update
click on "Browse my computer for driver software" then "Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer"
Then don't choose any device, just click "have disk"
Select the "netathr" file in the folder extracted earlier.
Click ok then select the device you want to install. In my case I installed for Atheros AR956x Wireless Network Adapter.
Enjoy!! :)

But my Bluetooth is still not working. Can you please help me with that?
It is shown at the right side of the taskbar but it is not visible in Windows Mobility Center. And no devices can discover this device.

Hi aburaihan,
Thank you for your reponse, I appreciate you've tried all the troubleshooting steps. Please let us know once you notice the Wireless Devices option, if you can turn ON the Bluetooth device. Try and turn ON the Bluetooth and let us know if you notice any devices visible. Make sure the Bluetooth devices are also turned ON and paired accordingly.

Hey I also struggled like **bleep** to install wireless driver , I searched a lot and somewhere I found to try installing first this KB window install "Update for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB2533623)"
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=26764
After that I could install wifi driver available from Dell site.
