Updated BIOS version and Ethernet/Lan died - Dell insprion 518

I have re-installed windows, I have re installed the drivers from dell and realtek. Nothing seems to work.

 Device either shows up on device list stating the device can't start or doesn't have drivers.

Or sometimes my lan doesn't show up at all.

Happened right after I upgraded my bios 1.0.3 to 1.8 (from the dell website, under my computer)
