Using true mobile 2300 wireless router as hub and access point

Here is my setup:  I have the main internet connection coming into an enterprise type router and I am using the Dell true mobile as only an access point to create wireless coverage in an office area.  DHCP services are being handle by the server attached to my main router.  My question is:  how do I get the web configuration page of the Dell true mobile router if it doesn't have an ip address assigned to it.  The reason I don't think it has an ip address is because when I connect wirelessly through the access point and do an ipconfig /all, the default gateway is of my main router, which it should be, but again how do I find out the address of the router(if it even has one).  And yes I have tried the default ip address 192.168.2.1 and also my.router.

Thanks for any insight into this problem

Hey nevermind guys, turns out one of the IT guys hard coded the ip address into the Dell TrueMobile Router.
