Vostro 3360 win10 BSOD - LAN driver related

Hi,

my Vostro 3360 running Windows 10 pro 1607 coughs up a BSOD at some times.

The message shown is then : Driver IRQL not less or equal, with failed driver: L1C63x64.sys

my laptop has a LAN adapter that uses this file, with the name "Qualcomm Atheros AR8161 PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet Controller", also shown in the system overview page on Dell.com configuration page.

When I check for updates using the same site (letting Dell detect and update) it shows up to date, and manually I am not able to find the actual driver for Windows 10. Dell only has a win7 driver available (http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/04/Drivers/DriversDetails?driverId=HT2TH) . Where do I find the Windows 10 driver, or is it hidden in the chipset driver of Intel?
