WM713 Bluetooth Mouse - Gestures Control in Windows 10

I got my Inspiron 17 with Win 8.1 and I was able to use the driver provided by Dell to control the gestures.  However after upgrade to Windows 10, the driver is no longer required and it is not able to control the gestures.

I need to switch off some of the gestures like left swipe (that invokes activity list etc).

How do I control gestures of bluetooth mouse WM713 when there is no software given by Windows AND Dell?
