Which wireless card is better... Intel 2203 or DW 1901?

I recently purchased a Dell Inspiron 15R which came with an Intel Centrino Wireless-N 2203 wireless adapter.  I initially had problems getting it to connect with my router via Wireless N, so I contacted Dell Support which sent me a Dell Wireless 1901 wireless adapter.

I've been able to get the 2203 adapter working, although I noticed that I'm only able to get 144 Mbps max.

So, now I can't decide if I should keep the 2203 or try the 1901.

The 2203 adapter is only single band (2.4 GHz), while the 1901 is dual band (2.4 and 5 GHz).  I believe both adapters support Bluetooth and speeds up to 300 Mbps.  I see that Dell no longer offers the 1901 in new laptops, so my guess is that it's an older card.

Does anyone know which card to keep?  I leaning towards the 1901 since it's dual band, but I don't know if there were issues with it (since Dell no longer offers it).

Thanks in advance for any help.

Keep the DW1901. Intel currently has problems with maintaining a connection and there is a current forum that has not found a solution.
