WiFi issues with Inspiron Model: I3558-5501
I just bought this Inspiron model I3558-5501 at Best Buy on 11/11/2016. The WiFi / internet speed is extremely slow and almost unresponsive. I turned the battery to power saving mode and all of a sudden the WiFi was back at the same speed as other devices in my house. What settings do I have to change to get this to be permanent?

Hi Joe,
Do you know what wireless card is in the system?
Regardless, what you will want to do to start is to open Device Manager, Right Click on the WiFi card and select Properties. Once this window loads click on the Power Management tab and make sure to uncheck the box "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power".
Let me know if this helps, and once I have the WiFi card model I will check if there are any other settings we can try.
