Hi I have just purchased a Dell Inspiron 15 3521 and there seems to be a problem with the WiFi as it will disconnect regularly for no reason. It is not the router as I have other Laptops and they don't disconnect and so I think it may be a problem with the Laptop. Does anyone else suffer from this problem?
Welcome to the community
Have you tried updating the Driver for wireless card? You can check this link to get the latest driver
If no go, try to login to safe mode with networking. Restart computer, on Dell logo keep tapping F8. Choose Safe Mode w/ Networking and try to test the wireless connection.
I AM ASKING WHY THE QUESTION IS STILL NOT ANSWERED ????????? I THINK YOU DON'T NEED SATISFIED CUSTOMERS !!!!! NON YOUR DRIVERS RESOLVE THE PROBLEM !!! SO : WHY ?????????
SHAME ON YOU DELL !!!!!!!!!! IF DEPENDS ON ME : SUPPORT TEAM : YOU ARE FIRED ! BECAUSE YOU DONT'T GIVE <ADMIN NOTE: Substitute character removed as per TOU> ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS !
i also have the same problem. i.e. can open pages when near my router but can't in my room where other old laptops and smartphones still can use internet perfectly. have updated the driver and restart router...
i have also sent email to Dell regarding this problem but yet haven't received any response.
I am having the same problem. This is very annoying, as i can't do anything on mu laptop. Would someome come up with a real solution instead of suggesting to reinstall the drivers?
