This actually looks like you need to update the software that runs on the Cisco side due to an interopability bug there due to a non-standard MFP implementation:

Nick,

Thanks for the links, but I do not think this is the issue. Our Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers are running the latest code release - 7.4.110.0. The articles above mention older releases of 7.0, 7.2, and 7.3.  I would assume the same fixes made it to 7.4.

HI All,

My Problem is resolved. Upgrading the BISO to version 13 and update the WiFi driver.
Make the change -
Under hadware configuration for Wifi controler - go to advance -
check for option BSS mode - change it to 801.11g Mode.

And it will work.

Thanks

Driver Broadcom 802.11n 5.100.245.200 (dated 3/14/2012) doesn't help with my issue.
I cannot connect to my "N Only" wireless network. I don't want to enable G because I found it lowers the overall throughput by a lot if I enable it for some of my other devices.

Me too, thanks for this. I could connect (2.4GHz) to my new Netgear R7000 Nighthawk router, but browsing the internet didn't work at all.

Backdating using the instructions above to Broadcom 802.11n 5.100.245.200 on my Latitude E6420 solved the problem.

However it is strange that Dell doesn't provide an updated driver to fix this from the start...

Thank you!!!

Hi,

Thank you very much for you help.

I was facing some problems with my  Dell/Broadcom 1504b/g/n after upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 8.1. After that for many times my wireless connection was leaking in limited state.

I tried several tips but the only that solved my problem was this one:

- Rollback the wireless driver for the below version:

The specific driver that worked for my Dell Latitude E6430 was the Broadcom 802.11n 5.100.245.200 (dated 3/14/2012).

Thanks for posting the driver answer. This answer just worked for my Dell Inspiron 20 running windows 8.1. Of course, I didn't use the same driver. I have a Realtek PCIe Family Controller and I changed to the Microsoft version of the driver.

Thanks again.

Try a fresh driver from Lenovo "Broadcom 802.11ac Network Adapter 7.12.39.11":
http://support.lenovo.com/us/en/products/laptops-and-netbooks/lenovo-z-series-laptops/lenovo-z50-75/...
unzip and select: WLAN Driver (Atheros, Realtek, Broadcom, Intel)\Broadcom\7.12.39.11\Driver\Win8.1\bcmwl63.inf

This solution works for my Dell Latitude 6430u with card "dell wireless 1504 802.11b/g/n".
