Wireless Connection Issue

I have Dell Inspiron N5110, Windows 7 Home Premium with Intel(R) Centrino(R) Wireless-N1030. I have it now for more than a year

It keeps on disconnecting from my wireless network. low Signal. I already updated everything, and set to maximum performance. But it does not solve it.

I think it happened after a BIOS Update.
