Wireless Internet

I'm  going  on  a  business  trip  next  weekend,  and  the  hotels  there  provide  wireless  internet.  I  have  a  dell  inspiron  8600  laptop,  and  I  believe  the  intel  came  with  the laptop.  My  question  is....  even  though  the  hotel  will  probably  have  a  wireless  router  for  wireless  internet,   do  I  still  need  a  wireless  card  to  be  able  to connect  to  the  internet?  Or,  will  I  be  able  to  get  internet  on  my  laptop  without  it?
