Wireless Quality '0' Unacceptable on Dell V515 Printer - can't connect to network

I can't print to my DELL V515 All0in0One printer.  In troubleshooting I see several symptoms I'll mention and I appreciate all help offered.

1. Print out of network settings shows no gateway and no IP assigned (I probably flushed these when diagnostics reset the adapter,

2.  Network, Wireless Quality '0' - Unacceptable  - even after reset and brought into a room near the AP.

(Does this mean the wireless adapter has problems?)

3. I cannot find the Dell "Wireless Setup Utility" and Dell Support site couldn't locate one o=for this printer either.  So I don't have access to that.

4. Wireless Protected Setup - asks me to push the button or enter a PIN.   I use an Ubiquiti Unifi AC Pro Access Point that doesn't have a quick setup button or use a pin.

Please help me.  Is there another model's Wireless setup utility that I might download and use to begin?

What does the Wireless Quality '0' - Unacceptable   mean?

Thanks all.
