Have you configured your router to protect your wireless network?  All wireless adapters (and routers) are unsecured out of the box.

try to wired first by connecting your system directly on the modem only. if you can go to the internet on a wired connection, theres a big chance that the problem is with the router. if you cant go online using a wired connection with the modem, try to do ipconfig.. if it gave you and ip add  that starts with10, 172 or 192,  theres a big chance that the modem DHCP is enabled and for that you have to call your ISP and tell them to bridge the modem

It works on Enthernet connection! I get this message on wirless only. Wireless network not connected. I unistalled the wireless card and reinstalled the Driver, no success. I talked to the Dell people aand they told me that reinstalling the driver would fix it.

sonusfaber,
If you find out how to fix the problem please let me know!
You would think that when you do a Dell restore it would restore the computor to Factory states! and when I reinstalled the drivers it would repair the problem, it did not. As I stated it's only the wireless network that not working. In device manager it show everything is OK.Card is working properly. And Windows is not able to repair it eather, I tried.
Thank you
