Wireless slows D610 bootup

Since activating the Dell internal wireless card on my Latitude D610 - bootup takes at least twice as long with the internal Dell wireless card drive activated (1.5 minutes as compared with 3 minutes).  If I disable the wireless device through XP Pro device manager, bootup time is normal.   I have the newest version of the wireless driver from Dell as of a few days ago but that hasn't helped. I connect to Netgear routers at home and work, but mainly use only a wired network at work.  Dell tech support has been unable to come up with a fix on this issue.

How much memory is on the D610? It seems like definitely less than 1 GB

The slow bootup was diagnosed by Dell as a defective wireless radio internal card.

Did they send you a replacement under warranty?
