Zero Configuration conflict with Dell Utility or Windows Utility

I have a conflict with either the Dell Utility or Windows Utility and the Zero Configuration Service.  Even though the Zero Config.Services shows that it automatically starts on initial startup or hibernation, it doesn't .... leaving me to manually start it, then go to "view networks", go to advanced settings and then Wireless Settings , then check the box"that allows Windows" to pick the network.  I have to do this everytime I reboot the computer before I can get a network connection.

There is a conflict between the ZConfig. Service and the utility and I don't know how to solve it.  Help , Please?

Try opening the Dell Utility and on the wireless networks tab, uncheck the box next to "Let this tool manage your wireless networks"
