can't find downloaded quicken program from dell

Bundled applications such as Quicken are not available for download.  If yours is corrupted or deleted you have two options.  If your system has the restore partition on the hard drive you can do a comple reinstall back to the factory power up condition and you will then have all the applications.  The second option is to buy a Retail copy, if you want Quicken.
