Try installing the drivers in the correct order first. If this works (and it may) then that's great. If not, you'll have to reinstall the OS and then the drivers. Good Luck!

i got a question in the order to install the drivers say this:

4.Network Interface Card (NIC) - Enhances the network controller for Internet or network access. This is located under the Network Category on the Drivers and Downloads page.  its this one? Dell Wireless 1390 WLAN MiniCard

and in

7.Wireless Network Card - Enables and enhances the wireless network controller. This is located under the Network Category on the Drivers and Downloads page. wich one its?

You should first install the Broadcom driver (2nd in the list). This controls your etherenet (wired) network controller. Then install the wireless driver. As for which one, I have no idea which wireless card is installed on your machine. It could be the4th driver in the list, the 5th driver, or the last (Intel) driver. If you can't identify which wireless card you have, you'll have to try each of them in turn. If it's the wrong one, you may get a message that there is no hardware installed for that driver or the wireless adapter simply won't work. Try each of them until you get the right one.

Go here. Put in your sevice tag which is located on the bottom of your computer. It will tell what came with the computer when it was ordered. Paste the list to your post if you cant tell which one it is.

Make sure your wifi card is enabled. You should have a green wifi light on above the keyboard next to the power button. If not then FN F2 should enable the wifi card. Also make sure that the wifi card is enabled in the BIOS setup menu. You can enter the setup menu when you boot up and see the Dell logo and press the F2 key to enter setup. Make sure your wireless lan card is enabled there. Once you get it enabled it should show up in device manager. If it shows up in device manager and has a yellow exclamation point then right click on it and select uninstall. Then try to install the driver and reboot.

What about other devices. Anything listed with a yellow exclamation point.
