inspiron700m says it's connected to the internet, but browsers won't load!!!

tried flushing the dns resolver cache.  other laptops in the house connect fine...checked intel pro wireless...says connected as well...restarted laptop...tried winsock...when i open the browser, pages won't open...please help...thanks
