transfer old files from outlook express to vista mail

Hi,  my old pc broke down. i bought a new studio 540 . I took out the harddrive from the old pc and put it in a transferbox . i can transfer now my files in the new pc.

The problem is to transfer my old files and addresses from outlook express to vista mail. how do I transfer them from the old harddrive, to vista mail on my new pc from the transferbox?
