wifi option and wireless driver both goes missing everytime i open pc.

I have been facing wireless issues. Some points to notice are:

• Everytime i open my pc there is only airplane mode available (no wifi or hotspot option). see picture 1
• There are no wireless adapter available not even in hidden devices. see picture 2 .

I have tried installing wireless adapter manually but that only works when i restart after installation.Once i shutdown my pc and open after some hours the above mentioned problems starts again.

This problem  has been going on now for year and half.

I have followed all threads regarding wifi adapter solutions but none of them seems to work.

Last i installed "Dell wireless 1705 802.11b/g/n (2.4GHz)

either the drivers i have been installing arent compatible or there is some other issues.

Kindly help me out.

System information : window 10 pro education 64-bit OS
