wired connection problems

I recently got my my new Latitude 610. I used the Network Setup Wizard to set up a wired connection to my current Home office network which includes 2 other desktop computers. Everything worked just fine.

I then went on the road with my laptop and used my wireless network connection which worked just fine.

I am now back in my home office and the wired connection on my laptop is no longer working. I have reset it about 10 times with the Network Setup Wizard. I have double checked that the Workgroup name is correct. When I go to my Network Connections I cannot see either of my two desktops. I can PING them just fine.

Any help is appreciated.

Nevermind. . . I just checked my firewall and it was blocking the network connection.

Thanks anyway.

My BIOS is version A12
I looked through and do not see anywhere to disable or enable the NIC.
