PowerConnect 33xx (Instant Messaging)

We're getting complaints from people that they are getting disconnected and reconnected multiple times throughout the day (sometimes over 20 times in 1 hour).

We have not had any complaints from people that are connected to the 30xx series, only the 33xx series.

The instant messenger is AIM.

Lets say I have to people connected to the same switch. One will be on for 27 minutes and the other one will be on for 3 minutes before getting kicked off. They don't necessarily get kicked off at the same time either.


Is there anything on the switch that would cause this to happen?

I think I found my problem. It looks like someone edited my router configuration and set the NAT timeout to low.
