1900 FP Monitor stop working after i tried to set it to factory default

last night i tried to set my monitor to factory default, after do that my monitor went off and i tried going to its menu it displayed " Monitor is in power save mode, press any key on the keyboard or click on the mouse",i did that but it never worked. i therefor boot the PC again. the monitor displayed whiles booting but when it got to windows it went off with the power led still on. i put both machines off, removed the signal or VGA cable. after connecting it back and switching the machine back several times, it worked. but just this evening it is giving me the same problem.
