Desktop to HDTV

I am using a CRD,GRPHC,256,7900,GS,HMGA14 card. Would like to use my Television as a 2nd monitor........ but I don't know how to hook it up or what I need . Any idea's? Please help me! I am not to bright when it comes to these things. Thanks in  advance!
