Facial Recognition software
I need to secure my laptop for business purposes. I am interested in the Facial Recognition software. I see it as an digital download option when configuring a new laptop. Is it possible to purchase this software for a laptop I already own? Is it possible to get this software for a laptop I purchase from Dell Outlet?
Thanks in advance,

Absolutely, yes. Although most Dell consumer laptops now come with the option to purchase FastAccess (the face recognition software) at the same time as purchasing a new laptop, if you did not do so or if you have another computer on which you want to use it then you can always get a copy directly from the manufacturer - Sensible Vision. Just download it from their website.
In fact, this is a very good time to do so. The new FastAccess 4.X (available to all Dell FastAccess 3.X users soon as a free upgrade) will now permit website passwords that you save on one computer to be automatically synchronized to another one (if they're both running FastAccess 4.X, of course).

You're very welcome. Yes, I do work for Sensible Vision. Sorry for not making that explicit in my first reply. Not trying to hide anything....I just forgot.
If you have any additional questions or concerns about FastAccess, please feel free to contact us directly as well. Public email addresses are available on our website.

Thank you very much for the prompt response SVRep (Sensible Vision Rep?). That was a much better answer than Dell provided and allows me the freedom to pursue any number of courses in regard to my laptop purchase.
Just think, if Dell had been a little more helpful, I might have already bought their laptop.
