I am NEVER buying Dell Again!!

I bought the Dell XPS 17 for over $2000. Only to spend another $500+ on phone calls not to mention miss work and have to be on the phone for 2 weeks with customer service. It is extremely frustrating to have to explain the same thing over and over for days. day after day. have a technician come to my house and exchange some hard-wear. have to reinstall the operating system, purchase backup devise to back up my data. Problem with my mouse only got worse. At least before I contacted customer service the pointer arrow would only jump down to the right bottom part of my screen.now it jumps all over the place. I want my Money back!!!!!!!!!!
