KEYBOARD LOGIN PROBLEM

Hi,

I have run into a couple of problems and hope you can help.

1. The keyboard is not responding but the mouse is. I have changed batteries and no change. I can open the easy access and use the onscreen keyboard, but still get the below error.

2. Logging on to the start screen (Login) I get "User Service Profile Failed"

I am responding from a seperate laptop.

Thanks for your assistance.

J.D.

Also ould you like to know how to set up a password for your account?

It actually looks like it went back to a restore point. There's lots missing from the start page.

I think I will do the administrator's password on another day. I have kept you preoccupied for too long this evening.

I thank you for giving my computer back to me.

Im sorry, I just ran into a fun one myself where my internet went out on the new laptop oddball error 105... anyway back to the subject.

If you do not have a state, right click on any hite part on the right and creat a new DWORD (32) then type State and set the value for zero

If there are any questions, I will continue helping you untill one of us passes out or you are satisfied.

Do you have access to the files and programs that are important to you?
