I agree with Best Buy. A mistake was made and corrected and they should NOT have to honor the sales.
I would be willing to bet my life on this that those people that are saying the orders should be honored are the same people that would buy a tv at $1999, then if the TV went on sale a day later for $500 less, those people would expect a price guarantee and want their $500 back. And if Best Buy said, "You have to honor the purchase price..no refund..." Those same people would go NUTS. Well, that's the American Way.
