More order delays

Hmmmmm, isn't it suspicious that there is no forum for customer service, order delays, or support. I guess Dell does not want you to know just how bad they have become. Let me tell you about my experience.

Order placed November 28th, expected delivery date December 16th. Delayed each week until thereafter. Now expected delivery date February 3rd. Need I say more.

You may as well talk to your mouse instead of calling customer care, they tell you nothing except for reading a scripted apology about how they are experiencing unforeseen delays because for the high demand.  

I know you are going to Delete this post. But before you do, could you please ask Mr. Dell to call me.
