PROBLEM WITH BLUE SCREEN CRASHES

Description of problem.
The laptop has been crashing a number of time when I have it connected on the internet  or working on the Net. The scrren goes blue and restarts saying memory dump or something. It has happened 6 times in the last two weeks. The Laptop is in the warrranty period.

I have Quick Heal Antivirus and have scanned it for virus. There are NO Virus.
 
Checked your site and google for assistance. NO joy.
 
Please Help me at the earliest.
