Same problem here, oddly enough if a co-worker signs in under a different account, I can browse just fine. There's something broken here that Dell needs to fix. I've had Dell and EMC logins since long before they merged, so I wonder if that has anything to do with it.
Oh good, it's not just me. This has been going on for months, and is still happening as of 2019-05-30. Phone support was not helpful, so I gave up trying.

There also is absolutely no way to reach any kind of support since ALL LINKS ALWAYS GOES TO THE SAME NON-WORKING PAGE. A website built by Kafka.
