(Redirected) RTC Accuracy Test failed error code WSB01-HFZ

The dell pc checkup is showed the above error. With this error I am Also experiencing

1. Slow sound, -:like for example when i am playing a song with the windows media player or online on jango.com the song  playing speed is getting slow on its own then its getting normal on its own.
2. The dell Wi Fi is not installing. its showing error telling the device driver is not installed
