Sign-In Page in German?

Starting yesterday the Sign-In page to the Dell Communities appears in German (or Dutch?) using the Firefox browser. If I use either of the Microsoft Edge browsers (the old one or the new Chrome-based one), it appears properly in English. I cannot understand what is going here. Is anyone seeing anything like this?
