I have just signed up there and now I want the discuss with the Members. But when I go there, the comment box showing restricted, "You have not verified your mail". So please tell me about that how I can verify the mail?

We cannot send the email, the software does it. But, the fact that you started a new thread here means that the account is registered.

If you are trying to reply to a thread that is "locked", commenting is restricted. What specific thread were you trying to reply on?
