Since we, the lower than thou cannot access the private forum for the Rockstars, Admin and Mods it would be nice to hear what everyone thinks about the changes to the Community Forum.
Removing the “Kudos” as the basis for ranking and advancement was the only thing that made any sense.
Someone could post an unsatisfactory encounter with Dell and that post and OP could receive 1000’s of kudos.
If a ranking system is in the future I would think/hope it would be on a “Solutions” basis.
Not if someone likes a post but if your post is the solution to the OP’s problem.
But for now the forum look and layout stinks. “Again”

The Customer Care board is only for non-technical issues like: order delays, credit, DFS, service tag, etc. Moved you thread into this New to Dell Community board.
The issue with not seeing the children boards when going to a parent board has been fixed.
Kudos was replaced with the 5 stars. But Kudos are not the "Accepted Solution". Only the OP (original poster) and we can mark a reply as an "Accepted Solution".
