What happened to the 2013 DELL Inspiron 7537 Design????
Hi everybody
I am a big DELL user and I purchased in 2013 a DELL 15-7537 Laptop Model. I my opinion it was the best Design that DELL made by that time on the market, in terms of Aluminum case, beauty and performance. A real contender to the overrated Apple brand.
I haven't followed DELL for quite some time now, but I noticed today that the new 2016 DELL Inspiron model is really *** in terms of design. In my opinion a big step back from the DELL 7537 line.
Does anyone know what the *** happened? Why did DELL change such a beautiful design like the 7537? Will they change in the future? Do they plan any new designs for 2016/2017?
Your opinions/knowledge to this is highly appreciated in advance. Thanx.

Very much doubt that Dell will release that information.
I have the same Inspiron Intel i5, 7537 purchased in 2013 and agree with you that it's one of Dell's better designs.
The only thing I could find wrong, is that the Laptop has a BGA Motherboard, that does not allow the processor to be upgraded, unless the motherboard is also replaced.
So far the laptop has been running without issues, I have upgraded to Win 10 and the hard drive to a 512gb SSD

It´s like DELL was reading my mind !!??
Here is the new 2016 model. Looks very modern (hope the Hardware is better), but will see what the reviews say.

Still, in my opinion doesn´t quite reach the design of the 15 7537...but that´s my point of view only!
Hope to see some opinions about this new Inspiron model.
