Where to get repairs
Hi everyone,
First post and need some help please.
Dell have a great website, shame you cannot talk to a human when you want some help!
I have an Inspiron 6400 and we have unfortunately cracked the screen. How/where can I get it repaired? Do I have to send it back to Dell? I cannot find any info on the site and it's frustrating the hell out of me.
Is it likely to be expensive and would I be better buying another product?
i am UK based.

If your computer is under warranty, and you have complete care warranty contact Dell. You can check your warranty status by signing into your account.
if you do not have a warranty, this is a thread that "talks" about price of screen repair.

Hi jagman4, PC World do repairs to systems. But, you need to phone them up to get a quote. I have heard they are not cheap.
