limit for number of private messages?
"You have reached the limit for number of private messages that you can send for now. Please try again later."
I am having the same issue as:
I have sent 0 private messages, and I am trying to send one to get help on my order.

I'm having the same issue: getting a private message from the DCFadmin to send the service tag but my response is blocked with "You have reached the limit for number of private messages that you can send for now. Please try again later" message.

Same here. Being asked for the service tag but can't reply. That's ridiculous.
