my dell downloads not working properly

hi everybody i have created dell account 2 days.i have entered my dell downloads website.it worked fine and i registered my system.i also downloaded some softwares.everything worked fine.but from yesterday it is showing application error.i dont know whats happened.are thier servers down.my system is dell xps l 502 x.its 2 months old.any body knows anything about this please help.thank you

Hello saivarun, Try logging out of my Dell, dump your temp. internet files and cookies and log back in.

Using Internet Explorer, go to My Dell Downloads :: Login Use the same email address and password you use here.

 

Click on add system, then follow the instructions.

Here is the information I need. THIS CANNOT BE POSTED IN THE FORUMS.

1. System Service Tag.

 

2. Customer’s Contact Information:

 

• Name (First, Last)

• E-mail address

• Portal Password

• Country

• Language

• System type

• Operating System

• Browser Used & Version

 

3. Detailed Description of the Issue (screenshots if available).

I will forward this to Dell.
