never again
on the 18th of april i made an order with dell (US) i got the ( your order is being processed) notification, i was glad for that until i larter on clicked order status to find out that half of my order got shipped wich included a monitor and the other half got cancelled i called in and they said they had to verifiy that i am the credit card owner later that day i chatted with a dell represntative who remade the order which also ended up being cancelled too, since i am in australia i used an australian isseued credit card which dell represintatives would say they gladly accept but wouldnt tell u the hell u have to go through to get ur order into production. i have learned my lesson and never again i am ordering anything from this company online

Sorry you are having problems with your computer order. I do see several issues here that might be the cause. First, you say you live in Australia, and then you said you made an order through the USA website. Unfortunately, systems ordered from the USA can not be exported out of the country, as per the terms of sale, which you agreed to when you agreed to purchase. Here's the terms:
11. Not For Resale or Export. You agree to comply
with all applicable laws and regulations of the various states and of the United
States. You agree and represent that you are buying for your own internal use

Additionally, International credit cards are no longer accepted for USA purchases.
Therefore, you will need to purchase from the Australia Dell website: http://www1.ap.dell.com/content/default.aspx?c=au&l=en&s=gen&~ck=cr , you can also use chat: http://www1.ap.dell.com/content/topics/global.aspx/chat/contact/index?c=au&cs=audhs1&l=en&s=dhs, or the telephone: 1-800-812-393.
