pci card not working , usb wireless mouse not working , no sound

i hn inspiron 1525 laptop

it has got some problems;

1. its pci card is not working , vhn i go to its properties it is stated tht no driver installed

2. no sound

3. i hv a wireless mouse and keyboard set , vhn i plug it in sometime it works but many times it doesnt

    i hd also installed its driver but it shows no driver and usb device not recognized
