roxio creator and DEP Data Execution faults
have tried open Roxio Creator 10.2 which came installed on computer but when i do it comes up with a DEP message Data Excution Prevention and does not allow it to open tried calling tech support and after about a hour they informed me they could not help and needed to call the pay side of tech support can anyone give me any direction tried the microsoft side of it with no help also

If you have Vista, try running as an Administrator. RIGHT click on Roxio and then LEFT click on "Run as Administrator".
If that doesn't help, and assuming you have the CD to reinstall Roxio, uninstall Roxio, restart the PC then reinstall.
Although the version you have is a "DE" (Dell Edition) you can also try the Roxio forum - www.roxio.com
