very poor customer service

Does anyone at dell listen?   I ordered an Alienware Area 51 back on 8/07/10.  They had to cancel it because of a video card being out of stock.  I was told it could be replaced with another one that was in stock. I told the guy okay.  So it was reordered 8/17/10. I thought everything was fine on to look at my bank statement 24 hours later that 11,001.00 dollars was pending from my account.  I called dell right there and then. I was told it would take care of it self!!  RIGHT ( not Dells checking account) My account did get fixed three (3) days later.  Needless to say  the seven (7) different people I talked to didn't know anything about customer service or how to fix this problem that would fix its self. The computer was reordered again 8/17/10 and should be here 8/30/10.  We will see if this happens.  

I am not a happy customer at all!!  I really do not think I will ever order from dell again.
